Conference Information
Feedback form is now closed.
Welcome to the CUES virtual conference!  We are excited to have you join us for a morning of learning, networking, and fun.  Review the information below, and reach out if you have any additional questions.

Registration: Register for a session by adding it to your schedule by clicking the circle on the session tile. If you are wanting relicensure hours for your conference participation, you will need to register on MIDAS, course # 58021 "CUES Virtual Summer Conference." In addition, you'll also need to complete this short Form at the conclusion of the conference. Both of these will need to be completed by June 5, 2020 in order to receive your relicensure hours.

Session Access: There are two ways to access each session. At the end of a session description you'll find an "*Access the session from this link," or there is a button above the description that reads "Video Stream." Clicking either link will take you to the live-stream of the session. If passwords are required to enter to 'room' they will be provided in the description. Please remember to mute your mic when joining, and it would be great if your camera is on so all can see your smiling face. It'll be ok, everybody else will be in their pajamas, too.

Back Channeling/Networking: In order to help make our virtual experience more 'personable' we encourage you to keep your camera on during the sessions, as well as utilize the chat feature for conversations and questions. We want attendees to give shout-outs on social media with what you are learning during the conference. Use the #cuesvirtual, and follow it during the day to see what others are saying. Also, utilize this Padlet to post and share your thoughts and insights as well.

Session Resources: You can access any digital resources presenters may have by going to the "Session Resources" button directly above the session description.

Subject-Specific PLC's: We have dedicated time from 1:30 - 2:30 (or longer if desired) for PLC's. If you'd like to virtually meet with others who teach your same subject from around the region to share/discuss best practices, curriculum, resources, tips, tricks, or anything else on your mind, then add the PLC to your schedule and a meeting space will be made available. This session will not be moderated or facilitated by a presenter, so all content will be from attendees.

Feedback: This is our first attempt at a virtual conference, so we would love to hear your thoughts. Please complete this short feedback form at the conclusion of the conference. You are also able to provide feedback on specific sessions by opening the session description and clicking the feedback form on the bottom of the page. We appreciate you taking the time to do this for the sessions you attend.

Session Recordings:  All sessions should be recorded.  You'll be able to access the video recordings shortly after the conclusion of the conference by clicking on the link that will be included in each session description on Sched. Alternatively, all recordings will be accessible on this Sheet.
